Shipping & Refunds


Bloom generally ships all items within 2-3 business days upon receipt of full payment and acceptance of orders. Currently, Bloom only ships within Malaysia. Please contact Bloom for international orders. Bloom is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government or acts of natural events.

Items damaged during shipping will need to be claimed by contacting Bloom. You will need to save the damaged product as well as all packaging. Once the shipping company has determined that the product was damaged during shipping, you will receive the replacement product(s) at no extra cost.


Returns & Refunds

For return of products, please contact Bloom within 7 days from the date of purchase. Product returns & refunds are subjected to Bloom approval. Products must be in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If an item is found opened or used, we will not be able to issue a refund. International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
